Cannot recommend chad enough! First time homebuyers, just went under contract Thursday night, I put in a request for a quote around 6am Friday and before 8 he had called me. I told him the situation and he helped me figure out everything I needed done to appease my lenders. By noon he was at my new home and was so extremely thorough! Every issue had pictures to show what needed to be fixed. He finished the report the same night, and even though it was nearly 10pm, he was still willing to call and go over everything with me to make sure I understood and was comfortable. Chad was the best home inspector any nervous first time homebuyer could ask for. I hired him for Pre drywall and final inspection and he inspected my home top to bottom- literally. He was always in contact and even drove by the home on random days to check the progress. We got the report the same day the inspection was completed and we're very happy with the results(great format, easy to read and follow along) and how thorough it was. Chad even set up a call the same day to walk us through the findings and pain points found. I am an experience real estate investor for 40 years, have a masters in civil engineering and have personally owned 100 properties. Over my career I have hired a variety of property inspectors. Chad is in the top 5% of inspectors I have had. I have not had any finer than Chad. He is thorough, Knowledgeable and extremely observant. You also have Chad as your inspector, not a different employee of some company. On top of these great qualifications Chad is excellent in communicating with his clients from beginning to end and then some! If I need an inspection in the Orlando area there is only one I would call.
Punctual & Professional
I was in need of a 4 point home inspection. Chad Talbot of Central Florida Inspections was super punctual, professional and had excellent customer service skills. He was very prompt! He had already completed the inspection of my outside ac unit even before my appointment began. I have a pretty tight work week schedule but that was no problem for Central Florida Inspections. They were willing to work around my crazy schedule. Chad was very thorough and even offered cost saving home tips. I have had several 4 point and wind mitigation inspections on properties in the past, but Central Florida Inspections by far exceeds them all. I will definitely refer them to everyone I know that is in need of a 4 point or wind mitigation inspection!
